Use your usual email app, or prepare a short report below. Please include the word or route, what happened and what you expected. For a word-list report, include the current word, the word you tried and the exact hint text. Do not send passwords or payment details.

Report a word or route problem

Include the starting word, target word and the exact word or move that caused the problem. For a longer route, paste the words in order so the first unexpected step can be checked. Say whether you used the full dictionary or familiar bridges. A useful report explains what you expected and what the page actually displayed.

If another game accepts or rejects the same word differently, include the game's address and the specific result you observed. Different word lists can legitimately produce different outcomes. The dictionary information explains the scope here; the route checker can help identify the relevant pair before you send a report.

For an official daily-game issue, first confirm that it concerns this independent site. The original game is at poople.io ↗. We cannot change its account, score or accepted-word decision.

Report an interaction or phone-layout problem

Name the page and describe the shortest sequence that reproduces the problem. For example, say whether it happened after opening a hint, changing difficulty, rotating the screen, returning from another app or refreshing a saved game. Include the browser and device type if you know them.

A screenshot can help with a covered button or overflowing row, but remove email addresses, unrelated tabs, account details and private notifications first. A video is not required. Text identifying the control, the last accepted word and the error message is often enough to begin checking the issue.

If you lost progress, note whether you changed browsers, used a private window or cleared website data. Local storage does not provide an online backup, so those details help distinguish an expected reset from a restoration problem. Please do not send a full browser export.

Before sending your message

Use the contact address displayed on this page and review the message before sending it. A copy button only prepares text on your device. Opening an email app or copying a draft is not proof that the message was sent or delivered; check your email service for its sending status.

Send only information needed for the issue. We do not need your password, payment-card details, identity document or private messages. Your sender address and any attachments you choose to send will pass through the email services used for delivery. Read the message privacy explanation before attaching personal material.

This is a small independent project, and this page does not promise an immediate response or a fixed resolution time. If you follow up, reuse the subject and include the original sending date rather than creating several unrelated copies. Clear reports help connect follow-up information to the same issue.

Ideas and corrections

For a feature suggestion, describe the task you could not complete and the page where you expected to complete it. Explain whether it concerns playing, learning a rule, choosing practice difficulty or checking a route. This is more useful than requesting a large list of unrelated features at once.

For a wording correction, include the exact sentence and page address. A report about an explanation is different from a report about the underlying answer, so mention which part you think is wrong. You can return to the main game or try another practice round without waiting for a reply.

If your email application does not open

The email link asks your device to open its configured email handler. A phone or browser without a default handler may show a choice, open the wrong application or do nothing. That behavior does not mean your report has been delivered. Use “Copy email address,” open the email service you normally use, and paste the address into its recipient field.

Next, use “Copy draft” to copy the report you prepared, or type a short message directly in your email application. Review the recipient, subject, sender account and body before pressing that application's Send button. If clipboard access is blocked, you can select and copy the visible text with your device's normal controls. You do not need to change the browser's security settings just to send a basic report.

The draft box is a convenience for preparing text. It is not a server submission form or an outbox, and it does not create a support ticket merely because you typed into it. If you need to leave the page before sending, keep the note in your own email draft or another place you control.

A concise example and a delivery check

A useful route report might say: “On the solver page I entered CASH as the start and POOP as the target, with familiar bridges switched off. After pasting my route, I saw the following message. I expected this pair to change one position.” Add the actual pair, message and browser you observed. This is a format example, not a claim that CASH currently causes an error.

For a layout report, identify the control and the trigger: “On a portrait phone screen, opening the keyboard covered the button I needed next.” State which page and button, and whether scrolling or closing the keyboard changed the result. That description is more actionable than “mobile is broken,” even without a screenshot.

After sending, check your email application's Sent folder and any delivery-failure notice. A Sent entry means the email service accepted your send action; it does not by itself prove that the message reached this site's receiving inbox. If you receive a failure notice, keep the error text and confirm the address is spelled exactly as displayed here before trying again.

Sending several copies immediately can make a conversation harder to follow. If you need to add a missing detail, keep the same subject and explain what changed. There is no need to attach the full contents of your mailbox or a provider diagnostic that includes private information.

Report a control you cannot access

If a control is difficult to reach with a keyboard or assistive technology, describe what you were trying to activate and where focus or reading stopped. Mention whether the problem involves the main game, a dialog, a hint, a select menu or the contact controls. If you know the browser and assistive tool versions, include them; a useful report does not require you to diagnose the code.

You can describe the obstacle without sharing medical information. For example, explain that a button has no understandable label, that a dialog cannot be dismissed with the controls available to you, or that increasing text size hides important content. Quote the label or sentence you heard or saw when practical.

If the contact draft controls themselves are inaccessible, use the plain email address at the top of this page in your own email service. That route does not require completing the category selector or draft box. Please identify the affected control so it can be reviewed separately from the message-delivery issue.
